Our studios feature a comfortable full size pull down Murphy bed and a double sleep sofa, allowing for sleep accommodations for up to 4 people. All studios have a fully equipped kitchenette with dining area and full bathroom.  Most studios have private balconies with seating and sunset views overlooking the ocean, outdoor pool or tennis court.

 

Oceanfront Studios have a balcony with views over the ocean and Provincetown Harbor. These rooms do not have air conditioning although fans and ocean breeze are provided. 

 

Poolside Studios have a balcony with views over the outdoor pool and partial ocean views on upper levels. These rooms do not have air conditioning although fans and ocean breeze are provided.

 

Main Building Front Studios have a balcony with views overlooking parking/tennis court and partial ocean views on upper levels. These rooms have individually controlled air conditioning.

 

Main Building Back Studios have no balcony or particular view, although there are partial ocean and dunes views on upper levels. These rooms have individually controlled air conditioning.
