The Sandcastle's COVID-19 Safety Protocols

The safety and wellbeing of our owners, guests and staff is of the highest priority. We have taken additional measures due to COVID-19 to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols more rigorous and we are closely adhering to guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health authorities.

A frequent routine sanitation schedule has been put in place for disinfecting all surfaces throughout the buildings including common areas. We have removed all "high touch" equipment that is not critical and all rooms are thoroughly sanitized, including a sanitizing mister unit being utilized in all rooms before they can be occupied.

Hand sanitizers are positioned for owners, guests, and employees throughout the facility. Ours staff will be wearing face coverings and other personal protective equipment in public areas and maintaining social distancing guidelines.

In accordance with the mandate from the state and local governments, some services and amenities may be eliminated or modified.

We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to travel smarter and be more thoughtful as we go through our daily activities.
