Cancellation Policy Rules
If you need to cancel your stay, a fee of 15% of your total stay will be charged when you are canceling more than 30 days prior to check in. However, if canceling within 30 days of check in, you will be charged 100% of your total stay unless we are able to re-rent your reservation.
Additional Fees Collected By The Property During Stay
Please note that there are fees for daily housekeeping and for using the phone.
Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Front desk hours are 8am – 6pm.
