DUNES BUILDING
Suites
Choose from 33 one bedroom suites in the Dunes Building. The suites have 2 double beds in the private bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living area allowing for sleep accommodations from, 1 to 6 people. Each suite is equipped with a full kitchen; refrigerator, range, microwave, cookware, glassware, and utensils, for dining in. A table that seats six, the sleep sofa, easy chair, and TV in the living area make for easy relaxation during your stay. Eleven suites have private balconies and four have patios.
Studios
The studio units are equipped with, a kitchenette, a Muphy bed. a sleep sofa, a dining table and chairs to seat four. These units will sleep 1 to 4 people. Four of the studio units in this building have private balconies, and three have walk out patios.
Just footsteps from your room is the private beachfront on Cape Cod Bay, the indoor pool with jacuzzi, and the outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts.
COACHMAN BUILDING
Suites
The Coachman Building has 4 waterfront suites with private balconies overlooking Cape Cod Bay and 2 suites with walkout beachfrontt patio. Also housed in the Coachman Building are five suites with private balconies overlooking the outdoor pool and one that has a private walkout patio with pool view. The suites have 2 double beds, TV, and a full bath, in the private bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living area allowing for sleep accommodations from, 1 to 6 people. Each suite is equipped with a partial kitchen, microwave, cookware, glassware, and utensils, for dining in. A table that seats six, the sleep sofa, easy chair, and TV in the living area make for easy relaxation during your stay. The Coachman Building also has four slightly smaller suites with a view of the sand dunes. These 4 units have a full kitchen, 2 sofa beds, one bathroom, and the private bedroom has a double bed and TV.
Studios
The studio units are equipped with, a partial kitchen, a Muphy bed. a sleep sofa, a dining table and chairs to seat four. These units will sleep 1 to 4 people. Sixteen of the studio units in this building have a private balcony, and 8 units have walkout patios overlooking the beach and Cape Cod Bay. Twenty six of the studio units a have private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool, and 16 have walkout poolside patios . Four of the studio units have private balconies with a view of the sand dunes
