Well, summer's finally here at last and what fabulous weather we've been having. Lots of news to update everyone on so we'll get started. Keep an eye on this space as we'll be updating regularly.
The snack bar has been approved and has been open now for several weeks. We offer breakfast and lunch items up until 7:00 p.m. So far the response has been terrific from both owners and guests. We're please do tell you that the snack bar is self-sufficient and won't impact maintenance fees. Check out pictures on the Sandcastle photo page.
The renovations on the Sunset Room were delayed while we were waiting on inspections from the town but now that they're finally in hand, we expect to finish that in the next couple of weeks.
We've been getting lots of compliments from owners on the upgrades that were done over the winter and you can see those on the photo page as well. The Annex is almost finished and we expect to begin renting those room shortly. Remember, owners receive a 30% discount off the rack rate so if you'd like to come down a day or two before your week begins, please contact the front desk.
Kids of all ages are enjoying some of the new recreation programs and we're working hard to keep people occupied. Watch the photo space for pictures of the winning sand castles on the beach. Other activities will be posted there as well.
